Our Cancellation Guidelines

If you need to cancel your reservation, please submit a cancellation request through email using the "Change or Cancel" option available on our website. Keep in mind that submitting a request does not automatically confirm the cancellation, and you'll need to await our response. Please note, cancellations might still incur charges based on the fare conditions tied to your ticket. These details can be found in the "View Ticket Conditions" section of your booking. We will assist in determining the cost of cancellation and whether you're entitled to a refund. However, some reservations might not be eligible for cancellation, meaning no refund can be processed.

Refund Policy Details

If your ticket allows for a refund, please note the following points:

1. Processing times for cancellations and refunds may vary.

2. The convenience fee charged at the time of booking is non-refundable and will be applied even in cases of partial cancellation.

3. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. For example, if you paid with a credit card, the refund will be processed as a reversal. If you used a debit card, the money will be returned to your debit card.

4. If you cancel directly with the airline, you must provide proper documentation to initiate the refund process with us. It is advisable to notify us within 48 hours of the airline's cancellation.

5. Any charges for pre-booked meals are non-refundable unless the airline cancels the flight.

6. Refunds will only be processed once the airline has acknowledged and released the refund to us.
